Welcome! I'm passionate about classical guitar and have dedicated over 35 years to studying, performing, and teaching this beautiful instrument.

My journey began at a young age when I first picked up a guitar. I was immediately captivated by the rich, warm tones and the expressive possibilities of classical technique.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of performing in numerous concerts and recitals. However, my greatest joy comes from teaching and watching my students discover their own musical voice.

I believe that anyone can learn to play guitar, regardless of age or prior musical experience. My teaching philosophy centers on building a strong technical foundation while nurturing each student's individual musical interests and goals.

I specialize in individual adult tuition from absolute beginner to advanced. I can either teach you folk/ pop music by exposing you to chords, strumming and finger picking patterns, or classical/ flamenco guitar by reading the actual music notation ♪ ♫ ♬ ♩ ♭ ♮ ♯ or music score (but no TABS).

If you remember those amazing songs from the 60;s, 70,s and 80's, chances are very good that I either have the music carefully worked out or I will find it, can transcribe it and will be able to teach it to you. Apart from reading classical guitar notation which is a skill I excel at (and can teach you), I am also able to help you express yourself with different chords, strums and fingerpicking patters without music notation.

I offer quick results and a well worn path that many of my other students have walked. I can get you playing great songs or easy to advanced finger picking and classical pieces in no time at all.
